Noted Bay Area artist Seyed Alavi will give an informal talk about his work on Wednesday night, November 30th, in the graduate student art studio on campus. Starting at 7:00pm, Alavi will discuss both his public art work and his work with children. Alavi is known locally for his celebrated "flying carpet" permanent installation at the Sacramento Airport.
